When you access the website, Vercel automatically collects technical access data (server log files) as part of hosting, such as IP address, date and time of the request, the page accessed, data volume transmitted, as well as browser type and operating system. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in providing the website securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Test Riding Registration (Probereiten)

Via the form at /en/probereiten/ you can request a viewing or test ride and electronically sign the test riding conditions. In doing so, we collect your name, address, phone number, and email address, the horses you selected, the agreed fee, and your signature (typed name). To evidence the electronic signature, we additionally record the timestamp, IP address, and browser/device information (user agent).

This processing serves to prepare and carry out the viewing or test-ride appointment and to document the accepted conditions, and is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measure); the metadata recorded to evidence the signature (timestamp, IP address, user agent) is based on our legitimate interest in a valid electronic signature (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Your data is not stored in a database. It is used solely to generate a PDF document, which is sent immediately by email to you and to us; this PDF serves as evidence of the agreed conditions and remains in our and your email inbox. For sending these emails, we use the email service Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA) as a processor. Resend is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; to the extent data is transferred to the USA beyond this, this is based on the Standard Contractual Clauses of the European Commission.

This website does not use cookies for analytical or advertising purposes. Only technically necessary functions are used, which do not require consent; therefore, no cookie banner is provided.

Web Analytics with Vercel Web Analytics
